Description (Service) * Labour Community Advocate Training Program  
* participants are trained to as workplace peer to peer helpers  
* training increases awareness of available community services 
* enhances communication and advocacy skills  
* increases knowledge around issues workers may face such a substance abuse, financial issues, and bereavement 
* promotes community engagement and voluntarism 
* promotes workplace wellness initiatives
