|Eligibility||Ages: 5 year(s) - 60 year(s)
Eligibility requirements for the Affordable Pass Program for Low Income Families are based on Statistics Canada's Low-Income Cut Off (see website for details)
|Application||Applications are now available at the Windsor International Transit Terminal at 300 Chatham St W and at the Windsor Transit Centre at 3700 North Service Rd E.
* Along with the APP application form, applicants must submit proof of their eligibility.
Acceptable proof of eligibility includes;:
•Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue Agency.
•Canada/Ontario Child Tax Benefit Notice - required for dependants.
•Ontario Trillium Benefit (OTB) Notice.
•Goods and Service Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) Credit Notice.
Submit photocopies Canada Revenue Agency (CRA documents page 1 and 2), ODSP and OW documents to Transit Windsor with your application. CRA My Account records are also accepted
The application form and supporting documentation can then be mailed to:

* Applicants can also drop the application off in person at Windsor Transit
Once the APP application form and supporting documentation has been received by Transit Windsor:
* Processing will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to review
* Upon approval for the Affordable Pass Program, the applicant, their spouse and dependents will receive a letter of determination, which can be redeemed for an affordable bus pass
