|Description (Service)||Eat4Life is a program developed to help Windsor-Essex residents learn more about healthy eating, physical activity, and behaviour change. This program is unique, research–based, and consists of three courses: Healthy Living, Weight Management, and Mindful Eating.
Eat4Life courses are taught by local registered dietitians, at a variety of locations in Windsor and Essex County. For more information click here
