Description (Service) COVID19 Important Information: 
FSWE remains committed to supporting our clients and the community at this time. 
Telephone counselling and support is available for many of our programs.

* provide strategies and support to address personal problems, resolve conflicts and help people live independently in the community. * help people complete forms, applications & income taxes 
* deal with hoarding, bullying, neglect, abuse, financial issues; and find/maintain affordable rental housing 
* counselling services, to help individuals, couples and families manage life, marriage and family challenges 
* assistance in dealing with arising issues and resolve conflicts; address anxiety, depression, anger, loss, grief, as well as addiction, sexuality, mental health and wellness issues 
* provide specialized support services to older people, people with disabilities and persons with mental health issues
Hours Mon-Thu: 9 am-8 pm * Fri, 9 am-5 pm * Sat, 9 am-2 pm 
Note: *Evenings and Saturdays are by appointment only, unless otherwise indicated on fswe.ca website

Eligibility Ages: 6 year(s) and up 
 
* Men, Women, Youth, Children, 2SLGBTQIA community, People with disabilities, Seniors and their caregivers 
* People with mental health illness 
* People who are homeless and at risk of being homeless
