|Description (Service)||Provides mental health peer support in Sarnia-Lambton. Peer support is a supportive relationship between people who have lived experience in common. Peers offer mutual support, guidance, encouragement and hope that recovery is possible within a safe and accepting environment.
Promotes mental health by offering on-site social recreational programming as well as daily support groups.

WRAP: Wellness Recovery Action Plan
Free 8 week evidence-based program designed to explore and develop individualized maintenance and wellness tools.
Topics: daily maintenance plan, identifying triggers, early warning signs, when things are breaking down, crisis plan, and post crisis plan.
