Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides mental health peer support in Sarnia-Lambton. Peer support is a supportive relationship between people who have lived experience in common. Peers offer mutual support, guidance, encouragement and hope that recovery is possible within a safe and accepting environment.  
 
Promotes mental health by offering on-site social recreational programming as well as daily support groups.  
* daily mental health peer support groups (depression & anxiety, concurrent, bipolar, wellness support)  
* meditation, yoga & mindful music  
* free breakfast club & hot meals  
* games, crafts, and much more  
 
WRAP: Wellness Recovery Action Plan  
Free 8 week evidence-based program designed to explore and develop individualized maintenance and wellness tools.  
Topics: daily maintenance plan, identifying triggers, early warning signs, when things are breaking down, crisis plan, and post crisis plan.
Hours Mon-Fri 10:30 am-2:30 pm * Monthly support group calendar available on the website .
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up
