Description & Services
Description (Service) Habitat Handyman is a program partnership with The County of Lambton offering Sarnia/Lambton homeowners affordable home maintenance and repairs. Preference and a separate pricing stream available for low income homeowners.  
 
Services are delivered by professional staff assisted by a volunteer team. 
 
Includes: 
- in/exterior general carpentry 
- cabinet removal & install 
- kitchen & bathroom renovation 
- vinyl siding repair, removal & install 
- drywall install & repairs 
- in/exterior painting 
- flooring install (laminate & ceramic) 
- insulation 
- exterior home maintenance (fence/deck repair, pressure washing, soffit/fascia/gutter repair & cleaning) 
 
* Open to work not listed above. Habitat Handyman currently does not offer electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete or roofing services.

Eligibility * Habitat offers low cost home improvement services for all homeowners in Sarnia/Lambton 
* Pricing is available for both mainstream and low income families  
* In order to qualify for low income pricing, the applicant must provide proof of income which will be referenced against High Needs Household Income Limits (or HILS tables) published by Service Ontario 
* Habitat is also currently accepting applications for Handyman volunteers wishing to work with our Habitat Handyman program. Please visit our website at www.habitatsarnia.org and click on "Volunteer" to apply.
