Description (Service) Licensed 96 bed long term care facility providing accommodations and nursing care to residents of Lambton County and surrounding areas who are eligible under the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Act * Prospective residents must apply through the Local Health Integration Network, Home and Community Care Program * Offers medical services, activity programs, pastoral care, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, nursing service to their residents. Resident and Family Councils are in place.
