Description & Services
Description (Service) We offer Figure Skating, Power Skating, and Learn To Skate for all ages, male and female. We have group sessions for beginners and intermediates taught by professional coaches. We also have a large staff of private coaches available for private ice instruction for junior and senior skaters. Our annual ice show is at the end of March. We are sanctioned by Skate Canada, the national figure skating organization.
Hours Hours vary
Eligibility Ages: 3 year(s) - 90 year(s)
Most of our skaters are at least 3 years old but it is really dependent on the child's ability and interest to be on their own on the ice (parents do not go on the ice with their child). The skaters include all ages from grade school through high school, and some college students. We have some young adults through seniors skating with us on a regular basis.
Application Registration is normally at one of our Registration Day Sundays (mid-August and early September) but we take registrations throughout the season at our regularly scheduled sessions (see brochure on our web site). We appreciate people contacting us in advance by phone or email, rather than just dropping in, so we can give advice on what program would suit them best. Web site lists contacts and email address.
