Description and Service Details
Description (Service) A new program by the Ingersoll Safe Cycling Committee is collecting old and unused bikes that will be refurbished and handed out to qualifying kids and families. They are also able to provide helmets, lights, bells and other road safety equipment to families if needed.
Hours Donated bikes can be dropped off at the Ingersoll Parks Department at 269 Ingersoll St. (across from CAMI Automotive).

Application Families who might like to receive a bike can call the Fusion Centre (519-485-4386) or Victoria Park Community Centre (519-425-1181) for information about how to put their names forward for a bike.

Description (Agency) Our committee was formed in February of 2013 as an adhoc committee of council. From bike lanes to input on road reconstruction and subdivisions we have put the topic of cycling in the mix of community planning.
