Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Army cadets develop abilities in the use of map and compass, GPS technology, orienteering, first-aid, camping and survival skills, canoeing, abseiling, trekking, mountain biking, marksmanship, snowshoeing etc. * as they become more experienced, some will be selected for parachuting, glacier climbing, dog sledding, white water rafting and national or international exchanges * Army Cadets get involved in ceremonial military events and citizenship activities that allow them to connect to their Canadian heritage
Hours Programs run Mon 6:30 pm-9:30 pm, Sep-Jun
Summer training: Jul and Aug
