Description (Service) Neighbourhood resource centre offering programs for all ages including family and parental support groups, well baby clinics, help with basic needs, women’s workshops, recreation, collective gardens, cooking groups, Friday soup (adults and seniors), preschool program, summer day camp, full youth centre, seniors programming and newcomers services * Ontario Works caseworkers on site

Adults and Seniors Programs - Programs include Newcomer Seniors Support Group, Newcomer Women's Support Group, International cooking club and Middle Eastern women's aerobics

Empowering Youth Through Volunteering - Junior Youth Drop-In, Senior Youth Outreach through volunteering programs within the South London community

Families First Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) Westminster - Emergency food available * emergency baby food bank service, including formula, jarred food, cereal, diapers are available while supplies last * call ahead for supply availability

Families First Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) White Oaks - Aims to strengthen and support families with young children

Family Ties Parent Child Drop-In - Playtime program for parents and caregivers of young children * playtime, crafts, storytime and snack

Intergenerational Computer Classes - One-to-one mentoring by volunteer students for email and online instruction

Neighbourhood Access - Support program for those with developmental challenges run in collaboration with Community Living London

New Horizon's Seniors Club - Multicultural seniors club offering activities such as euchre, bridge, cribbage and pot luck lunches * Friday healthy lunch club offered at the centre

Newcomer Settlement Services - Direct and essential services to newcomers to help them integrate into their new society

Youth Services - Youth club services various programs such as after school drop ins, resume writing, job search, free tutoring, crafts, sports, activities, and special events
