Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides a variety of supports and services for people with complex care needs, including developmental and/or physical disabilities and/or medical needs * assists people to live in their own homes, participate in community, and enjoy life with family and friends

Assisted Living - Community-based support and specialized programs for adults with physical or developmental disabilities, including those who are medically complex and Chronic Mechanical Ventilation Dependent

Day Respite and Adult Day Program - Centre-based day supports for adults with physical disabilities and complex medical needs * individually designed support and assistance provided in all areas, including activities of daily living, leisure and social activities, as well as community participation

Family Resource - Funding available to adults with disabilities and their families for community participation supports

Overnight Respite Services - Overnight respite services provided in a community-based setting with 24/7 specialized support * short-term stays of 4-7 days available on a scheduled basis * assistance provided with daily living, personal care, medical health and wellness and safety
