Description (Service) Program for community dwelling older adults experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and their family member or friend * facilitated by trained professionals * focus of program is on optimizing cognitive health through lifestyle choices, memory training, and psychosocial support

Learning the Ropes: Alumni - Continued learning, strategies and social engagement for participants who have completed the MCI: Learning the Ropes program

Learning the Ropes: MCI Spousal Support Group - Support group for the spouse or care partner of people diagnosed with MCI, who has completed the initial MCI: Learning the Ropes program
