Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides community based mental health services to optimize mental well-being through education, advocacy, research and support services

Crisis Intervention - Walk-in and mobile assistance to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis

Community Mental Health Clinic - Prevention, stabilization, and treatment of mental disorders

Community Treatment Order Case Management - Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness who are subject to a Community Treatment Order (CTO) issed by a psychiatrist

Intensive Case Management - Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness

Safe Bed Program - Overnight safe bed accommodations for short term stays * community service referrals * daily support

Transitional Case Management (Forensic) - Transitional Case Manager facilitates and supports the transition of inpatients of forensic units through creating and supporting community placements
