Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides transportation for the frail, elderly and disabled in the community. The service is for those unable to use public transportation or private means. In town; trips to medical appointments, day programs, groceries and social outings. Out of town transportation to medical appoints only with destinations along the London-Windsor corridor.
Hours In town; drives are provided 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) with ideally 2 days notice. 
Out of town: 5 days notice.
Eligibility Ages: 17 year(s) and up 
 
Adult who is able to transfer with minimal assistance into and out of a van. Walkers can be accommodated. Wheelchair transportation is available. Seniors living in Sarnia, Point Edward or Bright’s Grove.

Fees Service ; In town rides are $6.50 one way. Out of town rates depend on location; Within Lambton county- $40 return; London- $80 return Other/further destinations- call to inquire ; Fee assistance available ; assistance is provided by United Way. * Fee assistance available ; assistance is provided by United Way.
