Child Care; Coordinated Service Planning (CSP); Early Childhood Education Resource Support; EarlyOn (See below); Family and Transition Support; Family Engagement; Family Resources; Family Service Plan Meetings; Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Resource Hub; Feeding; Lifelong Learning; Medical Clinics; Occupational Therapy; Physiotherapy; School Based Rehabilitation; Seating and Mobility; Service Co-ordination; Social Work; Speech and Language (SoundStart - see below); Teen Transition; Therapeutic Aquatics; Therapeutic Recreation;
EARLYON - Help parents, caregivers, and children birth to six years find programs and services that build on their strengths and help them navigate the journey. Open to all families across Ontario, with qualified professionals and quality programs, in a place where families and caregivers can find support, advice, personal connections and a network of resources
SOUNDSTART - Goals are to recognize and help children with preschool speech and language needs as early as possible. Offers free community drop-ins for consultations and screening, hands-on training for parents, guardians and other caregivers and assessment and a range of services to suit the needs of your child and family.
