Description (Service) Offers services to children, youth and young adults with physical, developmental and communication needs, to help them achieve their potential for a better quality of life. 
Services include: Audiology; Augmentative Communication; Behaviour Consultation; Best Start (See below); C.A.C.H.É. Child Care; Family Service Plan Meetings; Family Resources; Feeding; Home Support (Respite and Special Services at Home); Medical Clinics; Occupational Therapy; Parent Advisory; Physiotherapy; Resource Support; Seating and Mobility; Service Co-ordination; Social Work; Speech and Language (SoundStart - see below); Teen Transition; Therapeutic Aquatics; Therapeutic Recreation;  
BEST START - It's a place for children up to the age of six and their parents and caregivers to take part in programs and activities together. 
SOUNDSTART - Goals are to recognize and help children with preschool speech and language needs as early as possible. Offers free community drop-ins for consultations and screening, hands-on training for parents, guardians and other caregivers and assessment and a range of services to suit the needs of your child and family. Boccia Ball Sets, Sledges, Life Jacket/Wet Suits, Adapted Foot Pedal Bikes, Hand Trikes (Junior/Adult), Pillo Pollo Sets, Foam Floor Hockey Sticks, Parachute, Bowling Ramps, Adapted Equipment great for summer camps, physical education and other recreational activities. 
Integrated programs with Bluewater Gymnastics, Bluewater Cheer, Point Edward Soccer and St. Clair Tae Kwan Do.
