Description (Service) Specialty: Cognitive impairment including Dementia and Alzheimer Disease * programming by Recreation Therapists and Personal Support Workers * Montessori Methods for Dementia * social and recreational activities * daily exercise and walking program * music and pet therapy * Blood Pressure monitoring * FREE on site Foot Care for clients * assistance with activities of daily living as needed * snacks and nutritious hot lunch served * daytime respite for caregivers * free trial day available

Eligibility Adults with progressive memory loss living in the community
Application Local Health Integration Network, Home and Community Care Program referral, self referral or from another community agency

Fees Program ; Program costs $15/day * fee reduction negotiable, depending upon individual circumstances. Transportation is extra to be arranged by the family through Red Cross or Lambton Elderly Outreach
