Description & Services
Description (Service) The Centre offers a wide range of year round leisure, recreational, wellness, educational and social activities. In addition, the Centre provides services such as information referral, cafe, free monthly blood pressure clinics, and foot care clinics. 
We serve adults 20+ and we specialize in the 50+ adult. Lunch available Monday to Friday from 11 am to 1 pm. Membership is not required to participate in any activity at the Centre. 
Volunteer opportunities are available. Also has singing group.
Hours Mon: 8:30am-6:00pm; Tue - Thu: 8:30am-5:00pm; Fri: 8:30am- 4:30pm
Eligibility Ages: 20 year(s) and up

Fees Membership ; Program ; $49.50 annually (3 and 6 month memberships also available)  
Membership entitles savings of 15% or more on programs and activities
