Description (Service) Offers : Non-Urgent Stretcher Van Transportation Accessible Transportation, Homemaking / Home Help (incl. laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation & errands) , Personal Support, Caregiver & Respite Support Home Maintenance, Meals on Wheels (rural County only), Diners Club (Seniors Luncheons – call office for locations) , Grocery Shopping (Petrolia, Forest), Exercise Classes for Seniors, 55 Alive - Driver Refresher Course , Crisis Intervention, Housing Support, also runs the Seniors Cruise in June.
Hours Office Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm; Service Hours: Scheduled based on client need. We operate 7 days/week, 365 days/year
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
Must be a senior, over the age of 60, or an adult,over the age of 18, with a disability.

Waiting times are dependent on service intake. An intake assessment must be completed.  
Transportation bookings require at least 3 business days notice.
