Description (Service) Healthy Babies Healthy Children (HBHC) 
* Support from birth until school age.  
Family Health Line 
* Talk with a public health nurse about pregnancy, babies, children. Topics such as family nutrition, infant sleeping, parenting, breastfeeding and general growth and development 
Prenatal and Postnatal Screening Services, program includes: 
* prenatal support * follow up phone call after the birth of the child * home visits * parenting supports 
* Healthy child development promotion program for new and expectant mothers  
* developmental screening for early identification assessment for families and children  
* home visiting by Public Health Nurses * problem solving techniques * child health and development  
* safe proofing a child's environment * positive parenting  
* information and referral for community breastfeeding resources and support
