Description (Service) Training Readiness 
A counsellor will help the person to decide the starting point of their training, including:  
* Free Assessment 
* Goal Setting 
* Individual Action Plan 
* Together they develop a training plan to meet the individual’s needs. 
* Academic Upgrading 
The following are included: 
* Reading and Writing 
* Math Skills 
* Computer Lab 
* Self Management & Self Direction Skills 
* Job Search 
Learners get a practical approach to filling out application forms, researching job requirements, writing resumes, and follow up on job leads.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Ages: 19 year(s) and up 
Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum * must have facility in English
